THEY CAN PUT A MAN ON THE MOON BUT THEY CAN'T... PUT A MAN ON THE MOON (The Musical)

.
'TRUTH AND SHADOWS' is a blog I've been following for a couple years now. They do some damned good, in-depth analysis of controversial events such as 9/11, the Boston Marathon Bombing, and the Sandy Hook school "shooting".

The other day, they posted an article with the sad title 'Dave McGowan Battling Aggressive Cancer: Wrote 9/11 Was A Lie On 9/12'. Some of you who used to follow my 'Ferret-Faced Fascist Friends' blog might recognize that name.

Back when I posted my 2-part series 'They Can Put A Man On The Moon But They Can't... Put A Man On The Moon' (probably my best blog bit title ever), I mentioned and linked to Dave McGowan's great (and sarcastically funny!) article 'WAGGING THE MOONDOGGIE'. Unfortunately, barring a miracle, Mr. McGowan likely won't be with us much longer. He will be missed by many.

In honor of his research and sarcastic sense o' humor, I wanted to post a little sumpin' here at my new blog about N.A.S.A. ("Never A Straight Answer") and the "Moon Walks".

But first... a song:

The fluidity of Buck Dharma's guitar playing on the track, 'Moon Crazy', is almost Danny Gatton-esque and it's a good example of why I've often referred to him as "the most underrated guitarist of the Classic Rock era". Buck Dharma didn't just play the guitar, he painted with it! You could call his work "Soundscapes".

'MOON CRAZY' - BLUE OYSTER CULT
(from the album 'Mirrors')

The 'Truth And Shadows' blog bit (see link in second paragraph) quoted from McGowan's 'Wagging The Moondoggie' article and I am going to paste some of that below in red.

Although Uncle Sam (or "Uncle Scam" as I like to call it) engaged in earlier and more disastrous scams prior to the fake Moon landings and Moon walks, I tend to think of the Moon bullcrap as the "granddaddy" of U.S. Government hoaxes.

The 1913 Federal Reserve Act scam was the biggest and most universally detrimental "crime" of Uncle Scam. We, as a nation, will literally NEVER recover from that one.

But I think the one that scares people the most (and even made some of my longtime readers nervous when I addressed it at 'F-FFF') is the fake Apollo Moon landing program. Why? Because once a person researches THAT and becomes suspicious (less than one hour's worth of time needed), then follows up with a little more detailed OBJECTIVE study and concludes that we never really put any men on the Moon and returned them to Earth (about an additional one or two hours of time necessary) and that the U.S. Government lied about it then and continues to lie about it today, that person will then come to the frightening realization that there is nuttin' Uncle Scam wouldn't do and lie about if it served his purposes.

The more astute and spiritually-minded objective researchers will also be ultimately led to the fact that the U.S. Government is in bed with, and doing the work of, "the father of lies". (Google it if you're not familiar with the term.)

I think we need another song here to lighten the mood:

OK, this next song is from 1977's criminally forgotten 'Night After Night' - one of my favorite live albums.

Alright, let's read a few snippets from Dave McGowan's wonderful multi-part article 'Wagging The Moondoggie'...

There was much about the Apollo flights that was truly miraculous, but arguably the greatest technological achievement was the design of the lunar modules. Has anyone, by the way, ever really taken a good look at one of those contraptions? I mean a detailed, up-close look? I’m guessing that the vast majority of people have not, but luckily we can quickly remedy that situation because I happen to have some really good, high-resolution images that come directly from the good people at NASA.

While what is depicted in the images may initially appear, to the untrained eye, to be some kind of mock-up that someone cobbled together in their backyard to make fun of NASA, I can assure you that it is actually an extremely high-tech manned spacecraft capable of landing on the surface of the Moon. And incredibly enough, it was also capable of blasting off from the Moon and flying 69 miles back up into lunar orbit! Though not immediately apparent, it is actually a two-stage craft, the lower half (the part that looks like a tubular aluminum framework covered with Mylar and old Christmas wrapping paper) being the descent stage, and the upper half (the part that looks as though it was cobbled together from old air conditioning ductwork and is primarily held together, as can be seen in the close-up, with zippers and gold tape) being the ascent stage.

The upper half, of course, is the more sophisticated portion, being capable of lifting off and flying with enough power to break free of the Moon’s gravity and reach lunar orbit. It also, of course, possessed sophisticated enough navigational capabilities for it to locate, literally out in the middle of fucking nowhere, the command module that it had to dock with in order to get the astronauts safely back to Earth. It also had to catch that command module, which was orbiting the Moon at a leisurely 4,000 miles per hour.

But we’ll get to all that a little later. I think we can all agree for now that such a sleek, stylish, well-designed craft would have no problem flying with that kind of power, precision and stability.”

Yes, this is a real lunar module – courtesy of NASA.

Another related website I like can be found here: http://www.aulis.com/nasa4.htm. And that's where I got the following photos:

AS17-134-20437-20443 top composite & AS17-147-22494-22521 lower composite
(notice the US flag is missing)

The astronaut got to that spot before the Lunar Module did?

Truth has been eclipsed by United States Government lies:

  1. As you say, once you accept that this was a huge hoax perpetuated on the world.... it makes all the talking heads of the government less than credible. Ok, I'll just say it. It makes them liars.

That lunar module... they really should have enlisted some science geeks from middle school to help with that thing. It's downright pitiful. I could make a better looking spacecraft than that, and I'm not remotely "handy."

Wait! Wait! Are you implying that David McGowan's description of the Lunar Module as a "sleek, stylish, well-designed craft" which "would have no problem flying with that kind of power, precision and stability" is inaccurate?

      Yeah, isn't it utterly laughable?!
Even beyond all the crinkled black wrapping paper, I really like the warped aluminum-looking panels toward the top. Wow! That's some precision meant to withstand the rigors of outer space, eh?

The real reason we haven't sent anyone "back to the Moon" in all these decades is because Uncle Scam fears he couldn't actually get away with that sort of hoax today.

But then again, he's gotten away with 9/11, the Boston Marathon bombing and Sandy Hook, so I think he underestimates how gullible so many of the Americonned Sheeple can still be.

  2. I don't need any moon landing hoax to convince me that the government lies to us. For that matter I'm convinced that we are all liars.

Tonight I've just come back from a Bible study/social gathering where there were people I had never met before or talked to at anytime. There was this guy who said he used to work at some VA hospital in West L.A. He began telling me the story about what went on there and why he quit. In fact he told me the same story twice. Later I overheard him retelling the same story 2 more times to different people. I think maybe the guy wasn't even real, but some automaton who had this digital sound loop running where he just told the same story repeatedly.

Then I started to realize just about everyone does the same thing. In fact, there is no United States and I don't really exist. All of us are just concoctions of the imagination of some super brain operating within the pyramids of Egypt a million years ago, that is if time really existed which it does not. The world is all illusion.

If the world is illusion then I must be a dream and if I am a dream then I must always be sleeping. Now I know why I'm so tired all the time. I wish I could wake up--or maybe waking would not be a pleasant thing because then I might be more tired than I am in my dream that is really some other being's dream.

Your comment reminded me of a very, very haunting JIM STAFFORD song that I like a lot:

(Link:->) NONE OF US ARE HERE

But aside from that, I'm not just talking about the United States Government lying to us. I'm yakking about the MAGNITUDE of some of those lies.

      Now, three questions for ya:

      1) That first photo is of a Lunar Module supposedly parked on the Moon. Do you believe that contraption could really have landed on the Moon and then returned our astronauts to the Command Module?

      2) In the second photograph(s), how is it possible that the astronaut and the Lunar Module are in the same exact location and the picture of the astronaut was taken first?

      3) In the third photo, how come everything casts a shadow except for the flag of the United States?

Again, it's not just about lies, it's about MASSIVE LIES that have been told and retold and re-retold for decades, and are still being told today.

At what point do the American people wake up? (Or maybe we don't, because "someone somewhere merely dreamed us all alive"?)

  3. Well my comment was pretty much going to echo the sentiment your response to Robin captures...and is is proven every time I go through an airport.

I always make a comment about the overkill (not to mention the fact that the new bone x-rays machines still can't seem to x-ray a pair of New Balance shoes). And people all chime in in perfect harmony with how all that TSA nonsense makes us safe.

Yep...you can lead the people to the fountain and they will friggin' GARGLE with the Kool Aid.

I'm happy to report that I still haven't flown since the police-state TSA were installed in the airports. Unless all that bullcrap is done away with (not likely), I don't intend to fly again. I'm taking a personal stand (right here on the ground... for the rest of my days).

This just dawned on me: I own every single one of those songs I used here thanks to you. You gave me your old 'Dark Side Of The Moon' CD when you upgraded to a newly issued one. And 'Moon Crazy' and 'Moon Tears' I own on CD for the same reason I have a CD titled 'Hang On, Stephen T. McCarthy' (which I was just listening to yesterday!)

'Frank's Wild Years' still makes me laugh. Beware of what a couple bottles of "Mickey's Big Mouth" might make ya do. "...Never could stand that dog". :-)

I think we're confusing each other. I was trying to slyly say that I had copies of the songs 'MOON CRAZY' and 'MOON TEARS' on CDs because you made them for me. But since you wrote...

      >>... (I thought I made one of those at one point)

...I guess it's OK for me to be upfront about your illegal activities.

Yeah, Brother, I have all of 'SPECTRES' (except for my favorite track, 'Golden Age Of Leather', which was left out due to that one horrible line o' lyric) and selections from 'MIRRORS' (including 'Moon Crazy') on a CD you burned for me.

Also, I have the Nils album 'NIGHT AFTER NIGHT' because of you. (I would have bought my own copy if it had been released here by the record label.)

So, in one way or another, all three of the songs I used in this blog bit I have on CDs thanks solely to YOU!

    4. Fun TSA story: two years ago I was going through TSA security for a flight and of course they were digging through my backpack, and they found a ratchet that I often used while working on my car. They immediately seized it and said angrily, "Oh, you DEFINITELY can't take this on there." I asked in what possible way it was a weapon, and they didn't answer. They just said I couldn't take it on with me, it was the rules, so either I could take it home (yeah, brilliant) or throw it away. So I let them throw it away. After all, it was either throw away a $4 ratchet or throw away a $200 flight.

This, by the way, was the ratchet in question.

The giant deadly ratchet of death

I felt 200% safer on that flight knowing that no miniature hand ratchets were on board. Someone could have gotten a very nasty bruise from it.

    5. Yeah, see, there ya go, 6-B.

You've probably figured this out already but for those who maybe haven't...

On the surface, something like this just seems insane, as if the government (via its TSA agents) has gone overboard and is acting in an absolutely unreasonable manner.

One could make the same claim when, for instance, right after 9/11 they were searching little old White ladies as if they might be suspected Muslim terrorists.

Let's forget for the moment that it was really mostly White American Male Government Elites who orchestrated 9/11.

What's up with the focus on miniature ratchets? What's up with the focus on little old White ladies?

This stuffs actually makes sense when a person learns to think about it from a different angle:

The TSA knows that miniature ratchets and little old White ladies aren't a threat to an airplane flight. The REAL purpose behind all this is "MENTAL CONDITIONING".

The goal is to create an all-powerful police state (and not just in the U.S. but throughout the world). So, by stopping everyone and ridiculously charging that things are potential weapons (when they're really not) the government goons are simply getting the masses used to the idea of being stopped and searched (and asked to produce their "papers").

There is a REAL GOAL behind the seeming stupidity, and that goal is to prepare us for the Global Police State that is coming and not far off even as I type these words. Just get used to this idea, Americans. We're all about keeping you safe! (Not really. We're really all about imprisoning you and teaching you to think of yourself as property of the state.)

6-B, you probably already figured this stuffs out, but it's amazing how few people actually consider a matter beyond just the surface. The Americonned Sheeple take so much at face value and rarely scratch the surface to see if there's something very different just below it.

    6. Trust me, man, you're preaching to the choir. Every day online I see new videos popping up of police needlessly tasering or beating someone that they stopped for no good reason. The person in the video will assert their rights, and clarify that if they aren't being detained they just want to leave. At that point the police will beat the crap out of them. The sad thing is, half of the comments about the video will be people outraged, but the other half will be people saying, "Well, if you had just complied with the officer this wouldn't even be a problem in the first place."

I won't even begin to go into what's wrong with that logic (because I'm sure at that point I'm preaching to your own choir) but let's just say it's already happening, and people are already VERY accepting of the idea that a police officer can stop you for no reason, demand you show them your ID and all of your possessions, and beat or kill you if you resist. And most people don't even seem to know that by law, you are not required to show an officer your ID OR answer any of their questions without probable cause.

And people wonder why I cross the street when I see a police officer walking in my direction.

(They might see my miniature ratchet)

Oh, yes, Brother, I know that you know what's happening. And you are SO RIGHT that the mass conditioning of the Americonned Sheeple is working very effectively. ("Well, the police have a tough job, and after all, they're just trying to keep us safe, so we should all always comply.")

It's very sad. The "End-Time Scenario" as described in both the Old and New Testaments (and in considerable detail in the book of 'Revelation') can be clearly seen coming together right before our eyes, and very quickly.

The technology to run this Global Police State of satan's is already available and in many cases, up and running.

The cops (mostly a bunch of steroid-laden, roid-raging goons / ex-military personnel with few people skills but a heightened "us-against-them", "break things and kill people" mentality) are being recruited to administer this Police State (and generate funds for the state with bullshit traffic citations and annoying folks with A-list nonsense).

In recent times, Uncle Scam has gone on a big spree of providing military-type vehicles to police departments all across the nation - even in some rather smallish cities and towns.

Police departments never needed armored vehicles in the past to keep the peace and enforce just laws, but now they are becoming para-military outfits with SWAT teams and military-grade hardware. Obviously, it's all leading up to a time when they will serve as invading soldiers controlling every facet of social life in America and across the globe.

Yes, you know all this. And anybody who studies The Bible and pays the least bit of attention to current events should know this as well.

One thing that pisses me off, and I mean in an off-the-charts way, is the fairly recent practice of cops setting up arbitrary traffic stop roadblocks and indiscriminately detaining drivers with NO PROBABLY CAUSE WHATSOEVER, questioning them and administering tests for intoxication.

Stopping someone without probable cause is as "Un-Constitutional" as it gets. I NEVER drink and drive, and therefore I shouldn't have to be questioned about it and tested for it unless my driving indicated that perhaps I was driving under the influence (and that kind of erratic driving is not a trademark of my driving style).

This hasn't happened to me yet, but it happens to many people every day. I hate to even speculate on how I will react should it occur to me in the future. My next stop would likely be jail, despite my total innocence and an insistence that my American Constitutional Rights be respected.

Yep, it's a "BRAVE NEW 1984 WORLD", isn't it, Brother?

  4. Hmmmm-I do see the shadow of the flag but it is in the opposite direction. The contraption always looked flimsy to me but I think of myself as supremely scientifically minded-flawed. 1. Hi, BIRGIT!
Thanks for stoppin' by here. Always glad to hear from ya, BOTB or not.

I believe I see what you're referring to when you say you see a flagpole shadow going the opposite direction. In the two smaller photos above, it does appear that a skinny flagpole shadow could be on the ground and going the wrong way.

But, actually, if you study the enlargement of photo # AS11-40-5874 underneath, you can see that what appears to be a skinny shadow in the smaller image is really just some impressions in the dust and/or "Moon" rocks.

But, of course, even if there were a shadow going the wrong way, that too would indicate that the photo is phony.

Yes, the Vegas desert theory is often mentioned, but my studies lead me to believe that all of the photography of ALL the Apollo missions was done on sound stages where all the elements could be carefully controlled.

For the record, Mr. McGowan doesn't even know I exist. However, considering his pursuit of truth and his snarky sense o' humor, I find it easy to believe that he and I COULD have been very good friends.

Thanks again for stopping by Birgit.

      >>... a company aligned with the government. Welcome to crazy town, brother.

Oh, I have no doubt, Sister!

Some "conspiracy theorists" are indeed loony and will buy into ANYTHING that's fed to them as anti-government truth. Some "conspiracy theorists" are actually government plants whose purpose is to discredit EVERY conspiracy theory by making it seem that they are ALL held by "mad tinfoil hatters". And some "conspiracy theorists" are government infiltrators who are collecting names for Uncle Scam.

Then you have those who are careful, diligent researchers (such as myself) who believe only what they can prove. We are cautious and only make public statements when we know that we have the overwhelming evidence to prove them to skeptics. (I know that the first time someone makes me look foolish in public by proving me wrong about a conspiracy, I will never, ever, EVER regain my credibility. Well, after 20 years, "I'm still standing".)

Here's what I know as facts (not "theories")...

The Apollo Moon walks were faked.

      9/11 was an "Inside Job".

The Boston Marathon bombing was mostly (if not entirely) faked by U.S. Government agents and their representatives.

The Sandy Hook school shooting was mostly (and more likely entirely) faked by U.S. Government agents. I have still found ZERO concrete evidence that a single person was killed there. I'm not saying that none were, but simply that there's no evidence of it that I am aware of, and all these years later, I have no reason to believe any were. The holes in the government's and mainstream media's story are monumental and impossible to overlook. That was a typically bad Uncle Scam False Flag Operation.

Going back further, there was the WACO, TEXAS, MASSACRE. Yes, that too was not what "they" told us it was.

BUT... when we get to the Kennedy assassination, now we have a REALLY perplexing story. That is truly the ONE which will probably never be fully "sorted out". After many years of study, I do have a theory, but it is indeed a "theory" and not a factual knowing, as it is with other events such as Apollo, 9/11, Boston, Sandy Hook, etc.

You like Nils, eh? I have him scheduled for some future BOTB installment. I go all the way back as a fan of his band 'GRIN', and I have often publicly stated that his debut solo album cover is my favorite of all time. In fact, it was (Link:->) THAT cover photo which got me started drinking Grand Marnier, which pretty much ruined me in multiple ways. (DAMN THAT NILS! :-)

I love yaz! Neither of you probably realize how much comments like that mean to me.

Yeah, I know that I am perceived as a very snarky, tough and independent-minded person. And there is, truly, a great deal of truth to that perception. I'm not an artificially created image, and I've needed to be tough and rebellious (aka "independent-minded") in order to survive to this point.

But there's another genuine side to me that simply melts into a puddle of gratitude when I read comments like these you've submitted.

      SHEBOYGANBOY SIX ~
You bought that poster in the 1970s? Hokey-Smoke!

And then you waited too long to hang it and the world changed on ya. Ha! Well, consider yourself better off. For one thing, as you said, you've been saved the trouble of scraping "the damned thing off".

Also, as you know, the wisest Person who ever lived said, "...know the Truth, and the Truth will make you free."

Most people only quote the second half and leave out the first half. But the first half is critical: Until we KNOW the Truth, the Truth can't do a damn thing for us, let alone make us "free".

So, acknowledging the truth about the U.S. Government is ultimately a step toward freedom, and NOT something to fear.

Although I have discontinued my 'FERRET-FACED FASCIST FRIENDS' blog, it very recently occurred to me that I could still post the same material RIGHT HERE on this blog, so long as I tied it into music.

And since I have a pretty extensive awareness of popular music, thinking of an appropriate song (or in this case, three songs) should never present a problem.

And aside from that, "a spoonful of music helps the medicine go down".

I have been blogging for a lot of years now, and considering the real intention I had in mind when I began blogging, I often feel that it has been a lot of unrewarded work and, unfortunately, a lot of wasted time.

But then, every so often, I stop and really think deeper about it, or I receive comments like I did today from you and Sheboyganboy Six, and I realize that it's really been worth all the work and time.

Truthfully, off the top of my mind, I can think of only about five or six persons whose understanding of this world and this government have been affected by my blog bits. BUT... that's five or six folks who have come to a better understanding thanks to my own efforts.

And, of course, I never think of myself or present myself as some exceptionally perceptive dude who managed to see "The Wizards Behind The Curtain" due to his own intellectual power.

The truth of the matter is that (as I've often readily acknowledged), about 22 years ago, I was as brainwashed as anyone else was. I was smart enough to know that the Republican party was usually "saying" the right things, but I wasn't smart enough to know that the Republican party was in bed with the Democrat party, and the Democrat party was in bed with the Illuminati, and the Illuminati was in bed with the devil.

It took a lot of objective studying (and help from God, as well as help from folks who had traveled the path before me) to get my mind pointed in the right direction.

I am not a bit shy in admitting that others turned me onto the truth. And in turn, I wanted to point others to the truth, as some had done for me.

Some big dogs went before me and pulled back the curtain so I could discern the Truth behind it.

Today, I am grateful that I have had the opportunity to be (Link:->) a small dog named 'Toto' who has pulled aside the curtain so that others could also see the Wizards for the humbugs they truly are.

That was the long way of saying... I'm glad I could pop your "pre-McCarthy bubble".
      [;-)}

      Thanks for the wonderful remark.

    2. Ah loon, as in lunatic, that I am and what a mighty club a person swings with those words. I suppose that club is also burned with the words Christianity, Tolerance, and Peacekeeper. For this alone do I NOT call myself a Christian. It has been my sad experience that those Christians swing that club with a deadly accuracy meant to crush any rebellion against the adversary. Ah what a tangled web he has woven and trapped so many in with the words of our Lord.

Me, I prefer to call myself a Heather who is searching for the path that will lead me home to my Father, His Son, and Their truth. I prefer to lean on their pure love as they first heal my wounds and then turn me toward forgiveness and repentance. But perhaps in this world we are as that prophet above says; all liars. I simply cannot buy that, but for many it seems to be true. Perhaps they merely lie to themselves; the intellectually dishonest, eh?

I believe the Words that proclaim the ‘tender heart of a woman’. I have no doubt that I was created from man to be a helpmate to him. That my tender heart was to help soften his roughness and have him see my beauty from within and transfer that to the world that was also created for him, without. All he asked was that you take women and ‘handle them with care’, for he created that ‘tender heart’ that today is ridiculed as over-sensitivity, explosive and volatile, for a purpose. Has man missed the point?

Ah, but I digress from talking politics to religion. For me they are the same. My politic is religion. That is when it is the pure religion of my Savior Jesus Christ. For governments will lie to you, they will cheat you, they will manipulate you to conform to their way of thinking and to do their bidding, as will most men, and sadly they will do it in the name of religion. Is this not the ultimate ‘taking of the name of Our Lord in vane’?

Lunatic you say, maybe? But, more than likely just a tender hearted woman who has had that heart broken more times than it can be put back together, in the name of tolerance, peace and Christianity.

Forgive me for taking this space, your space, to express this. It may be off topic, it may be simply the mad ravings of a true lunatic, or it may be the truth. Perhaps it is for the liars to discern. Perhaps you can take this and put it to music.

I probably COULD take that and add music, but it doesn't need any.

That was very eloquent and relative to every facet of the topic (and even some facets not so readily apparent to the casual reader).

      >>... I prefer to call myself a Heather

Is that meant to be like an upgraded version of D.B.? :-)

      >>... from talking politics to religion. For me they are the same.

They are indeed the same, which is why they get tied together when people make the trite statement, "The two things I won't discuss are..."

I use the word Spirituality in place of religion, as I see religion as merely an aspect or branch of one's Spiritual views. Politics, for sure, is tied in organically with Spirituality as it's simply an outgrowth of it.

Spirituality and politics are unquestionably the two most important topics in the world - nothing affects the lives of the masses as well as the lives of individuals more profoundly and directly. And yet, these are the two subjects that most will steer clear of discussing, while instead analyzing the dress that Taylor Swift wore at the awards ceremony last night.

And some people wonder why this country and this world is in such a sad state of affairs? If we leave the operations of "this world" up to the egotists who DESIRE to dictate to the world, it should come as no surprise that we wind up with an ugly world in which we are mere puppets 'n' playthings for a power-mad elite.

FAE, if this wasn't the best comment you ever left, it's damn sure one of them! Thanks.

I didn't build a time machine, but I did build a flying machine. It was made out of wooden blocks and had a plastic bowl steering wheel. It was every bit as flight-worthy as that NASA Lunar Module.

Of course, when you work for NASA, you get to build with really cool things like gold Scotch tape and curtain rods. If we'd asked for curtain rods for our flying machine, some adult would have only said, "You'll poke your eye out, kid."

Yes, indeed, strange connections to the plot of 'CAPRICORN ONE', which I have seen a couple of times.

In fact, in the second installment of my older blog bit series (Link:->) 'They Can Put A Man On The Moon But They Can't...Put A Man On The Moon (Part Two)' I mentioned 'CAPRICORN ONE' and even quoted extensively from some of the dialogue found in that movie - dialogue that struck me as a sort of backdoor admission on the part of NASA that they had faked the Moon landings.

Yes, it's very unfortunate about Dave McGowan. I have seen where a couple folks have attempted to direct him to unconventional cancer treatments. This is a topic that I have also studied and I hope Mr. McGowan will take those suggestions seriously and attempt them before it's too late.

To say that I am skeptical of many Mainstream Medical Practices and Big Pharma is putting it very, very mildly.

  16. I've been busy out in the gardens and dropped off for a while. I do this quite frequently. but eventually I return.

Now, I can't speak about the moon landing, but I can say that all governments lie and they have always done so.

A quick and easy example is the start of WWI. WWI did not begin as a result of the Serbs assassinating Archduke Franz Ferdinand as is still taught today. And that's an easy one, yet people don't bother to learn the truth. and so they are incapable of applying that lesson to the world today. History is full of these things, yet we all act surprised and outraged when it is happening in our time. We act as if this is something new. We act as if this is the worst of times to live in. They are not. Things are the same as they ever were with only varying degrees of horror.

We as a people swallow lies because they are palatable at the time they were told. We do so because we want a better tomorrow and we are too ignorant and lazy to look back at history.

Now you would think that the EU would have been an impossible sell, given the facts of history. Yet, because we were all poor and desperate we bought into it. And when we all woke up one day with our countries bankrupt, we were shocked. "How did this happen?" we all asked. In my defense, I was against it and I knew what would happen. Jaysus people hated me back then for telling them it was shite and would end badly.

And now my country owes that German bitch Merkel so much money we'll never be solvent. But we were stupid and greedy so we had it coming to us. However, we know as a people that we were stupid and we feel shame for our greed, so perhaps we will learn from it. I remain hopeful.

    1. Hello, ANNE O' ~
Feel free to drop in whenever you have the time and the inclination.

      Yes, to WWI.

When I speak of government, I am nearly always coming from a pronounced Biblical worldview, so I've often got The Big (Bible) Picture in mind.

I agree that evil men were as evil then as evil men are today. When a person aligns himself with the satanic anti-Christ spirit, there is almost no end to the despicable horror they can imagine and carry out.

The names are legion (and some have since been forgotten)... Stalin, Mao, Hitler, Lenin, et al. And going way back... Caligula, and the others.

If one is looking for the worst of the worst, my extensive studies of world Communism led me to believe that a strong argument could be made for Pol Pot and the Khmer Rouge. Not in terms of numbers (because they simply didn't have the numbers) but in terms of barbarity.

There are some atrocities committed by the Khmer Rouge that I would NOT even put in writing. If someone doesn't already know it, then I wouldn't want to be the person responsible for placing images in their mind that they would never EVER be rid of as long as they lived.

However, in general terms, we can now see that after having achieved some RELATIVE sense of civility, the world is regressing again (just think of some of the brutality that is considered "entertainment", just for starters).

I do agree that "this world" is full of evil and it mostly always has been. However, I am also certain that an evil time is coming like none that has happened before. This will be evil worse than it ever has been or ever will be again.

It was Christ who said so:
"For then there will be a great tribulation, such as has not occurred since the beginning of the world until now, nor ever will

"Unless those days had been cut short, no life would have been saved; but for the sake of the elect those days will be cut short."

I don't think that time is very far off. And today, we have the necessary technology to give evil men even more ability to expand on their evil actions.

So, although I'd like to say that it's just as bad as it ever was and it will probably remain the same, I can't. We ain't seen nuttin' yet, and it's going to get worse - a lot worse - before it gets better. (But it WILL get better, too... eventually.)

      Good comment, Anne!

    2. We're coming at this from essentially the same place. This is how I view history from a biblical perspective.

When I think about WWI, I see that as an early attempt at achieving a NWO. The same goes for the Ottoman Empire. (And of course the Tower of Babel). Satan has tried many times to achieve a One World Order. Each time he tries, he fails. So he waits a while, plans a while and comes out again with a new angle on an old trick.

The EU was a blatant attempt at attaining his goal. It failed, because Christ is in control of history and not Satan.

Because what is preached from the pulpit these days is pap, people don't get accurate doctrine and are unaware of what is really going on. Believers are asleep and interested only in getting that "feel good" shot in the arm that comes from a twenty minute homily. They don't want meat and they don't want truth.

Non believers aren't going to understand any of this as they haven't accepted the most basic of all truths. That Jesus Christ is their Lord and Savior. Without that fundamental knowledge, one cannot speak to them of other things.

So the non believer is stuck trying to understand the world from a secular perspective. Unfortunately, he's unaware that he has been deliberately dumbed down by an educational system with an agenda. This isn't just happening in America it is everywhere.

When I say that things have been worse, I think back to the Victorian era, the work houses, the child labour, the high infant mortality and other evils we don't see in the Western world today.

Certainly things are weird and they are going to get weirder still. A lot of people are going to die and they are going to die badly.

When I think about the end times, I remember that every generation has thought they are living in those times. Also I remember that Christ admonished us not to try to predict the hour of His coming.

These may indeed be the end times. And if they are, I say bring them on. As I know that when it comes, I will be absent from the body and face to face with the Lord. I have nothing to fear.

Sorry, I'm a bit late in responding. Saw and approved the comment last night but was too tired to write a reply then.

I wholeheartedly agree with just about every word you wrote. I diverge a little bit, however, when we get to the second to last paragraph.

Below is an excerpt from a book review I wrote years ago.

Simply stated, DAVID HAGGITH has written the most exhaustive and spiritually mature book on eschatology that I have encountered. About five years ago, a gentleman who owned a mobile bookstore expressed his appreciation for me by insisting that I select any item from his stock. I had not heard of David Haggith, but because of my deep interest in Bible study, his tome, 'END-TIME PROPHECIES OF THE BIBLE' caught my eye. I can tell you without hesitation that I would have been every bit as pleased with my choice even if I had paid full price.

The first question that will be raised by people is: Why study the Last Days when Jesus said that they will arrive like a thief in the night; no one knows the day or the hour of their coming, and they could be far into the future? There are several ideas to take into consideration here. First -- Jesus said, "Of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven." (Matt. 24:36) Note that He spoke specifically of days and hours, not necessarily decades or years. HAGGITH says on page 121 that looking at it this way is "being hyperliteral." I don't think so. Jesus chose His words carefully. Furthermore, what might have been unforeseeable two thousand years ago, may be quite perceivable now. Also, if it was still going to be unpredictable even when the age was nearly upon us, why did Jesus bother giving His closest apostles clues to watch for? In Matthew 24 & Mark 13, The Master tells Peter, James, John and Andrew the signs (situations) that will be prevalent on the Earth and related to the end of the world (AS WE KNOW IT!) and His imminent return. Why did He go to the trouble to elucidate the scenario if NO ONE would be capable of discerning the time? And He even concluded with the admonition, "What I say to you, I say to all : Watch!"

ANNE, I have written many blog bits over the years about the New World Order and Eschatology. As a former lurker you've probably encountered some of them, but below, in case you missed 'em (and have any interest in 'em) are a few that I dug up for further consideration:

      (Link:->) http://xtremelyun-pcandunrepentant.blogspot.com/2013/03/the-end-is-near-or-sorry-to-burst-yer.html
For hundreds of years people have believed they were living in the Biblical “End-Times”; even some of Christ’s earliest followers (likely including Saint Paul) believed that His return was imminent, but the technology and the conditions were not ripe for the Beast’s worldwide reign of totalitarian terror. However, now, in our time, the stage is set, and I sincerely believe the wait is nearly over. How ironic that it should happen in a lifetime that once seemed so good and sweet and free to me. “Innocence Lost” indeed.

    4. Ya, I'm familiar with all the same discussions I've been having them with my husband for 27 years. I told you once that you and he say the same things and almost exactly word for word. When I first came across you, I almost thought it was my husband under an assumed identity (no shit, I did. I even asked him "Are you on blogger with a fake identity?").

I'm a Catholic and it took my husband years and years of teaching me doctrine to straighten out the mess they'd made of me.

I understand the doctrinal rationale you both use and you're most likely right. The end times is my least favourite thing to learn about and although I'm wrong to avoid it, I just can't change that because I come at how the world is from a completely different background.

What I am about to say is not an emotional thing, nor is it intended to be contentious. Merely a means of explaining who I am and how I think.

You two grew up in happy, shiny, Americaland. A place where there was hope, a place of prosperity, a place of endless possibilities.

For you it is ironic that "it should happen in a lifetime that once seemed so good and sweet and free to me. “Innocence Lost” indeed."

I don't even know what that means as your reality was something I read about as in a fairy book.

The poverty of my Country when you two grew up was far worse than the years of your Great Depression. Irish were emigrating by the millions. The same way we did in the Famine and the same way we are right now. For me, this decline is not ironic, it is the natural order of things. It is what I grew up expecting.

Let me give you an example that I know you can understand. When you were young, you turned on the radio and music came out. Wonderful music. And not only did this music come freely from the radio, you could walk down to a store and purchase it.

We had to dig, scratch and claw to get a taste of it. We even had to work to get hold of Jazz, a musical form rejected by America because it was made by Negroes. We were like dogs underneath the table, without the means to even get the musical scraps you wouldn't eat.

I want to be certain you understand that I am relaying this information without emotion or rancor. Our problems were not of your making. I'm simply trying to get you to see the vast differences in how we experienced life when we were younger and how that has shaped our views as adults.

Now imagine your young life without all that music. A life where that music was something you'd heard about, but couldn't touch unless you were willing to crawl naked over broken glass to get it. A life where having free access to that music was a fantasy. So you see, my life never seemed good, sweet and free as did yours and my husbands.

Are we headed for a world of totalitarian terror? Probably we are given how leaders around the globe seem to be working towards the same end game.

What I don't know is how close we really are. I don't know the mind of Christ so I don't know that it will be in my lifetime.

Also let me say something else that I think is true, but may piss off loads of women. As a woman, I am not qualified to interpret doctrine correctly, nor am I to teach it. That is the place of men. As a woman, I am too emotional and that emotion can effect how I interpret doctrine. It is my place to be taught by the spiritual head of my household. And as a woman, even though I may be wrong, I am prone to being stubborn and arguing despite it.

I hope this makes sense and doesn't sound like gobbledy goop. But I did warn you, I'm daft as a badger :0)

And please, please, please don't misunderstand my words and take them for aggression.

Yeah, I believe I understand where you're coming from. Growing up, my family was Low Income - not "poor", mind you, but not really Middle Class, either. For one short period (maybe a year) we were even on Food Stamps (which was a massive embarrassment to my folks, and we got off 'em just as soon as we could). For a lot of Americans today, that kind of "assistance" is viewed as just a normal way-of-life, and one that doesn't bother 'em too much.

However, even if we had been poorer than Low Income, it still probably wouldn't be the sort of thing you're referring to.

There are very few truly "poor" people in the U.S. today. Even most of the po' folks in America seem to have cell phones and at least $1,000. worth of tattoos on their bodies.

I won't go into any detail about it here (as I'm sure I must have in some of my old Biblical blog bits) but beyond even just the technological advances that have made a Global (Police-State) Government possible for the first time in OUR lifetimes, and beyond just the way we seem to be regressing as a civilization and more and more accepting "police state" tactics and mentality, there are a couple of verses in the Bible that seem to indicate that the End Times (or Tribulation) MUST occur soon if The Bible is to remain accurate.

For one thing, Saint Peter's words about the End Times in 2 Peter 3 include a critical key to understanding the timing.

There are a few other things as well, that indicate to me that we MUST be getting close if The Bible is to remain God's flawless Word. (Sure, I could be misinterpreting multiple things, but I really don't think so. I've had some Help.)

Another thing that intrigues me is the increase in large earthquakes but even more so, the incredible UFO activity over the last couple decades. It's getting downright eerie and I have no doubt that UFOs are tied into the End Times and the Tribulation. This was revealed to me about 20 years ago.

If you've never seen it, I recommend the documentary 'AGE OF DECEIT' by Gonzo Shimura. I believe all 152 minutes of it are available for free viewing at YouTube. That guy did a great job of pulling together so many different facets of the demonic New World Order.

I don't know that the End Time period will occur in my lifetime, but I'd bet a pretty penny it's going to happen within this next generation. All of the attitudes foretold are lining up in "official" ways, and the people have been systematically conditioned to accept it, and that can't be any coincidence, either.

      We shall see... or not.

    6. I found the video "Age of Deceit" and put it in my watch later list. I will ask my husband to preview it and if he approves of it, I'll watch it. Now, I may sneak a miniature purchase past him now and I may argue about other things with him, but when it comes to all things spiritual, he is my pastor/teacher and I defer to his wisdom.

Can you explain to me why an increase in UFO sightings are tied into end times? Earthquakes I'm aware of and understand their significance.

I'm keeping this brief as I have taken up a lot of your time already. But I am enjoying the conversation. Gamers and painters talk only about gaming and painting. We don't get philosophical and we don't get personal. Also, I've no friends here where I live and am unlikely to acquire any (partly my own choice). A bit of intelligent conversation is a nice diversion for me.

      Thank you!

The topic of UFOs / Extraterrestrials and how they tie into the Biblical End-Time scenario is very complex. I have read a number of very good books, but there are also now videos readily available that address much of the same issues.

Aside from 'Age Of Deceit', another pretty good one is by Chuck Missler:

      https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GiHWoOrFEvg

But the bottom line is that the Bible refers to satan as "the prince of the power of the air", and the UFO occupants - with their incredible mastery of the skies - are demons (or sometimes referred to as the Nephilim).

There is no sound reason to believe that UFO occupants are space aliens visiting from some other planet or galaxy. All the evidence going back to the 1940s (and even well beyond) seems to indicate that these are interdimensional beings and more spiritual than physical.

It's a deep, involved story, but the UFO aliens are definitely real, alien abductions of human beings are surely taking place, and there's a connection to "the days of Noah", when God saw a need to "clean the gene pool". That's a big hint there!

It's a very interesting topic that requires a great deal of study.

    8. I was taught that the Nephilim were the offspring that resulted from the coupling of an angel with a human female. They were an abomination and the flood was necessary in order to eliminate them.

But that's all I know. Yes, the rest sounds complex indeed and bears much thinking about.

Thank you for answering my question.

      Yes, that's correct.

As you study the topic you'll find that (depending upon who's doing the talking or writing) some folks use the term "Nephilim" interchangeably with demons, and occasionally even with "fallen angels".

Although I don't agree with EVERYTHING that anyone says, the two videos I recommended above are well worth watching, in my opinion (even though there are points I would dispute with both Shimura and Missler).

However, the following couple of excerpts show where I was coming from in my use of the terms "demons" and "Nephilim"...

The term translated "giants" is from the Hebrew and literally means "the fallen ones" (from the verb nephal, to fall). [...] ...in ancient times it was well understood that demons are the disembodied spirits of the Nephilim. The reader will recall that the Nephilim (the earth-born giants of the days of Noah) were the offspring of fallen angels and the "daughters of men". According to numerous ancient rabbinic and Early Church texts, when the Nephilim died their spirits became disembodied and roamed the earth, harassing mankind and seeking embodiment! This is most evident in the Book of Enoch. [...] In this ['The Book of Enoch'] remarkable text we learn that evil spirits (a common Biblical synonym for demons) appear to proceed from the flesh of the Nephilim. This was, or course, understood to happen after the Nephilim died [in the flood of Noah].

So, it can get a bit tricky, and not every good researcher is necessarily on-the-same-page terminology-wise. Some may refer to fallen angels and/or the offspring of fallen angels/human beings as "Nephilim", but regardless, essentially it's the same idea.
